In-house development of BMS and control systems

At GCK Battery, we design and develop our own BMS (Battery Management System) and control systems in-house. This expertise is crucial for mastering all aspects of lithium-ion battery technology, ensuring their proper functioning and safety.

We design and develop our own electronic management systems:

  • Electronic schematics and routing
  • Development of software and algorithms related to the chemistry of the elements
  • Prototyping

  • Development of test benches

We also offer quick and easy adaptation of our BMS to meet customer needs.

The electronic boards are produced in-house on our CMS line, which allows us to control costs, monitor our supply chain and enhance security.

Testing and validation

At each stage of the project, we test our products to ensure they meet the specifications requested by each of our customers, providing them with a reliable and durable product. To do this, we have a range of testing tools and test benches at our disposal.

Production

Our production facilities

We offer Made in France manufacturing in our workshops with a production capacity of 140,000 batteries per year, an automated production line and three automatic welding machines. Our production and assembly facility, located in the heart of Auvergne, allows us to be as close as possible to your needs for optimal quality and responsiveness.

An automated line

Our new automated line is dedicated to the production of core packs, sub-assemblies that make up our battery packs.

Nos sites de production en Auvergne, au plus près de nos clients

GCK Battery is a French manufacturer based in the heart of Auvergne. Our 100% local production allows us to remain close to our customers and provide personalised support throughout the life cycle of our products.

The main components of our products are manufactured by GCK EMI, another subsidiary of the GCK group: BMS and power electronics, harnesses and cables, casings, cell holders, tags, etc. This collaboration enables the vertical integration of components manufactured locally in our workshops in Brassac-les-Mines (63). Our production lines are also located on the same site in order to be as close as possible to our main supplier and to optimise the industrialisation of our batteries.

Our site in Lempdes (63) is dedicated to the design and production of customised prototypes for very specific projects.

Thanks to this proximity, we guarantee responsive follow-up, high-quality after-sales service and maintenance of the most specific batteries, provided by our teams of experts.
